Family

Well since my two images for today are about family, I figured there was no better time than now to talk about them...

The other day I shot my families family portrait and let me tell you, I have never learned more about what a bad outfit can do to an image than I did today while editing. One would assume that because I am a photographer I could dress mys
elf, wouldn't you? Well obviously not! I can't look at my own self like I look at others before taking a shot, therefore I did not even notice how horrible my choice was. Although, after a lot of editing and some help the picture came out great. My family was so patient (most of the time) and understanding, it just made things go so smoothly. So thank you!

So to continue on my family note... I shot my grandfather today for a character study. He has so much life and his face tells a million stories that there was no one better to take my picture of. So thank you Grampy!!

Tomorrow is another day in the portrait studio that will hopefully be full of fun and new learning experiences!!
